Single Origin Coffees

Colombia Giraldo Exotico:
Bright with balanced flavors and lots of great body.

Colombia La Argentina Huila:
A small lot coffee from the southwest of Huila along the Serania de las Minas mountains and grown between 1600 and 2000 meters. Active volcanoes create rich ashen soil. Very sweet and balanced.


Ethiopia Natural Sidamo Homachowaeno:
(Guji and Howolso varietals also available)
From the Sidama region in the district of Aleta Wondo, this coffee is grown at 1800-1900 meters and is an indigenous varietal. The natural process which leaves fruit on the cherry, while drying, gives it its fruity overtones. Medium to full body.


Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: A wonderful lighter roast with high citrus notes and full round body. Vibrant and intensely aromatic – no milk required.

Ethiopian Washed Peaberry Yirgacheffe:
A wonderful nose with sweet delicate tea-like flavors and lime notes. This Peaberry also makes a fabulous single origin espresso. Organic and Fair Trade.


El Salvador Adeleida or Small Lot El Salvador Nazareth:
Lovely old world varietals with a syrupy flavor, good viscosity and lingering aftertastes. Heirloom Bourbon varietal. Organic, Shade-grown and Rainforest Alliance.


Guatemala Candelaria:
Sweet, bright acidity with a savory medium body and nice finish.

Guatemala Pixcaya Bourbon:
Grown at 1900 meters, the perfect cool high altitude climate, the Farm Concepcion Pixcaya care fully handpick only ripe cherries. Then these cherries are de-pulped, fermented, washed and sun dried on patios. The result is a delicious coffee with floral notes and sweet ripe cherry and dark chocolate flavors.



Mexico Chiapas Priosh:
A lively coffee with a syrupy finish and lots of body.
Organic  and Fair Trade.


Papua New Guinea Kimel:
Nice acidity, exotic fruit, great balance and wonderful body.  Organic and Fair Trade.


Sumatra: Bold and heavy with a smoky sweetness and complex finish. We like it iced as well.
