Vashon Vienna: An El Salvador old world heirloom varietal creates heavy body, spicy sweetness and a dark chocolate finish. Great for a darker roasted espresso as well. Organic and Shade-grown.
French Roast: We choose high grown dense beans to withstand the heat and are never over-roasted, so the flavors remain while the bittersweet chocolate lingers on and satisfies. Organic and Shade-grown.
